The compact machine vision application motion platform is mainly used for image processing, machine vision, motion control, PLC and other course experiments at the higher vocational, undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as secondary development for scientific research experiments. The main components include right-angle motion platform, 2D industrial camera, 3D industrial camera, industrial lens, visual light source, embedded industrial computer, experimental hardware and platform software, etc. Users can choose from 3-axis or 4-axis versions, and have a wide range of machine vision devices, sample packages and expansion kits to choose from.

1) The machine vision programming software supporting the equipment can provide two programming modes: graphical programming and code programming. What you see is what you get, making it easy to get started quickly; code programming can support VB. net, C# and other languages;
2) Support multi-station and multi-task synchronous operation, support multi-user mode, and support the transmission of pictures, messages and data between the client and the server;
3) Machine vision programming software includes commonly used image processing, motion control and external communication tools, including 3D calibration, 3D positioning, 3D measurement, AOI detection, infrared camera detection and other advanced operators, and provides API functions to support secondary development;
4) 2D camera processing software tools include presence/reverse detection, color/position judgment, positioning, size measurement, ID recognition, character recognition, defect detection and other tools;
