SAE 500S-H laboratory shear emulsifying machine uses a compact mini-series excited motor drive speed for as low as laboratory or pilot plant, stirred mixture of high-viscosity liquids, grinding particulate material in a liquid medium cut emulsified. The machine uses high-quality engineering plastics for the body of the drive motor, high-quality stainless-steel shear emulsification working head refined and speed controller and other components. IC speed controller uses constant power speed full speed detection technology that can effectively compensate for real-time load and supply voltage fluctuations caused by the speed of change. Intuitive on-screen digitized run speed, running speed can be arbitrarily set required for the experiment, with soft start, automatic overload protection, full compensation for constant power, constant speed ideal mixing experimental results to facilitate data collection and other characteristics.
