5. Structural design:

Two wind-driving motors are used for each section of the oven cover. After the equipment air is heated, the centrifugal circulating fan will flow out horizontally . After it enters the working room and fully conducts heat with the baking workpiece, it is sucked in from the right top, and the temperature of the working room is increased by repeated cycles. To ensure the temperature uniformity of each area inside the oven, the heating pipes are installed on the upper and lower sides of the mesh belt, the stainless steel heating pipes at the bottom are heated, the SSR solid state relay controls the output of the heating pipes, the inlet and outlet are equipped with adjustable baffles, and two air volumes of 100mm in diameter are set Adjustable stainless steel vent. The control box is placed at the bottom of the tunnel furnace

6. Internal material: The inner tank of the furnace is made of 1.2 thick stainless steel plate by bending and welding

7. External materials:

(1): The oven body is made of 1.2m cold plate, and the exterior is painted (beige white)

(2): The bracket is welded by square pass, equipped with an adjustable 14mm foot cup

(3): The bottom panel is made of 1.2mm cold plate. The exterior is painted (beige white)

8. Insulation device: use silicic acid thermal insulation cotton, multi-sided thermal insulation, thermal insulation thickness 100mm

9. Power device: The conveyor belt adopts Flon mesh belt. The transmission adopts a 150W speed-adjusting motor, equipped with a stepless speed regulator, and the baking time is adjustable from 1-3 meters per minute.

10. Heating method: The upper part of the mesh belt adopts an infrared heating tube, and the bottom adopts a stainless steel heating tube for auxiliary heating. The total power is 18KW.

11. Air conveying system: 2 sets of 350W long-axis motors are equipped with 7-inch wind wheels to circulate air to make the temperature in the furnace continuously uniform.

12. Temperature control system: It adopts one-button start, one-button stop, automatic constant temperature, Taiwan RKC.PDI automatic temperature controller, SSR solid state relay to control the heating tube, equipped with a phase-deficiency protector, and the power supply adopts the CHINT leakage protection master switch.
